Our building blocks

The coaching program is based on 3 main components, being the technical sourcing competencies, the personal skills and flexibility.

The technical competencies

They cover the fundamentals of sourcing and are the start of the coaching. The content and priorities of these fundamentals are based on the specific projects that the Plusser will be performing.

Flexibility

This coachingsprogram depends on the needs of the customer, the projects that need to be performed and the specific plusser. Therefore, this personal program is constantly adapted by content and priorities. As each company is unique, this coaching program will be implemented in a flexible way.

The personal skills

This second building block is the differentiator in order to become a real plus for the procurement community. Through different tools (MBTI and personal SWOT), the plusser get to know themself. The coach helps them to discover insight in their strong points and points of improvement. They are also thaught to optimise their way to communicate with others. In regular intervals, the evolution is intensively checked through feedback sessions following the 360.

Booster program

This is how it works:

We perform a full-assessment to determine the AS-IS situation. During this day, technical competencies (procurement) as well as the personal skill level are checked;

  • Do you want to get more out your procurement professional?
  • Do you want to maximize the usage of the procurement potential within your company?
  • Would you like to give your procurement professional a “boost”?

Together with all stakeholders we determine the development points. This becomes the TO-BE goal;

Your employee is coached on the job towards the agreed goal;

Regular milestones are set to check the result;

At the end, an updated development report is provided. This ensures the absorption of all new skills and further development possibilities.
